So… How many Pizza’s have you crunched this new year ? And how many do you think has some touch of tech? You might think what link does a pizza have with technology!

Pizza corner had strong aspirations of moving leaps forward from the start of 2014. They had sound plans to execute their vision. An update to their POS system of 59 outlets across India and the Head Quarters solution used in Head Office. A robust technology that promised the present and envisioned the future was their answer. This update added specialized reports, flawless data accuracy, pitch perfect order tracking details and many more.

Well… lets hear it from our happy customer “Pizza Corner” who have been with GoFrugal from 2007 which makes it a successful 7 year relationship.

GoFrugal: How has the post-update experience been for you?

Pizza Corner: The overall experience post-update is very smooth and convincing.

GoFrugal: What difference you felt during this update when compared to previous ones?

Pizza Corner: During previous updates, we experienced some breakdowns but now, if at all some breakdown happens, it is only due to hardware issues. Update reports are so comprehensive that we don’t even require your tech-support’s assistance.

GoFrugal: How accurate is WebSOM, our centralized phone order-taking module?

Pizza Corner: You guys have done a fabulous job. WebSOM is 100% accurate. In fact, it has minimized our workload to a greater extent.

GoFrugal: How much has the recent optimization helped you?

Pizza Corner: Ah…Confidentiality has improved, order reach from HO to outlet is very quick and monitor indication of order status is very helpful. Most importantly, we don’t require follow-ups these days.

GoFrugal: Do you think we have left any of your challenge unaddressed?

Pizza Corner: Technically, we face no challenge, all our requirements are available in the system already. GoFrugal has addressed it very clearly.

GoFrugal: How happy are you with GoFrugal?

Pizza Corner: We are totally happy with your product and the service provided which we are using now. We will be implementing the dine-in and inventory module by the end of this month which would be giving a wholesome experience.

GoFrugal: So the new year sale is made already, how do did it go with GoFrugal’s POS?

Pizza Corner: Well… We are actually very happy that we could process more than 1500 orders through our call center during our peak day. GoFrugal’s POS made the job easy for us. We would like to spend a lot of time with you and maximize in technical side in the coming years.
